The 1921 Christmas Pudding – SMALL
Each pudding is handmade with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every ingredient finds its rightful place in this festive masterpiece – a harmonious blend of plump vine fruits, warming spices, and the subtle richness of brandy. The result: a rich, yet beautifully balanced, dessert which captures the essence of the festive season.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove from all outer packaging and cellophane wrap.
MICROWAVE 850W 1 minute. Leave in plastic basin but remove the lid. Heat on full power. Stand for 30 seconds after heating. Turn upside down onto a plate.
STEAM Leave in plastic basin with lid on. Set in a steamer over boiling water, or in a lidded pan on a trivet/saucer with water reaching 1/3 up the basin. Steam for 30 minutes, topping up water as needed. Don’t let it boil dry. Remove lid and invert onto a plate.
